• A.A.S. Degrees are known as the Associate in Applied Science degree. This degree is intended for students who plan to start a career in their area of study immediately after graduation. The Associate in Applied Science degree focuses much more on the student's major than the other two online associate degrees. Many classes taken in this program will still transfer to a bachelor's degree program, if the student chooses to pursue further education.
